Built for the Philippine poultry industry
AFI began operating in 2016 in response to demand in the Philippines for efficient, high-quality prefabricated agricultural buildings and equipment. What started as a building supplier has grown into an integrated solutions company: buildings, environmental systems, equipment, and support, engineered together and delivered by one team.
Today AFI operates five facilities with 15,600 sqm of manufacturing and warehousing space: its head office, engineering team, and three factories in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone (10,900 sqm), and regional facilities in Batangas (3,000 sqm) and Tarlac (1,700 sqm). AFI has delivered more than 200 projects across Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao, including over 50 multi-tier broiler installations, the most advanced poultry production format in the market.
Our sister company IFI manufactures AgriSHIELD cellulose insulation, giving AFI in-house control over one of the most important components of a high-performance poultry house.
